Add a Connector to a Host

Abstract

An additional Connector can be added to an existing Host using the Connector section. After adding a Connector, an OpenVPN client and the Connector's connection profile need to be installed on the application server that needs to be connected to CloudConnexa

A Connector can be added to a Host while configuring the new Host. Refer to Add a Host to access an Application Server. An additional Connector can be added to an existing Host using the Connector section. After adding a Connector, an OpenVPN client and the Connector's connection profile need to be installed on the application server that needs to be connected to CloudConnexa. Refer to About Connectors.

You can add an additional Connector to an existing Host from the Connectors tab shown in the detailed view as shown in View, make changes, and delete a Host, or you can add it from the Connectors list as shown below:

  1. Navigate to Hosts > Connectors.

  2. Click Add Connector.

  3. Provide the Name for the Connector.

  4. Optionally, provide a Description.

  5. Select the Host for the Connector from the Host drop-down.

  6. Change the default Region shown to the closest to the application server's location if needed.

  7. Click Add Connector.
