Set notification for LDAP Server offline

Abstract

The default state of the LDAP Server Offline Warning notification setting is ON. The Owner and all Administrators of the WPC will receive an email alert notifying them that the Network or Host providing connectivity to the LDAP Server is disconnected.

To turn this notification ON or OFF, follow the steps below:

This setting is configurable only when LDAP authentication is in use.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

  3. Click Edit, which is located in the top right corner.

  4. Toggle the switch to turn the notification ON/OFF in the LDAP Server Offline Warning section.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Check that the details shown in the confirmation dialog box are correct, and click Confirm.
