Set CloudConnexa DNS Proxy Off
CloudConnexa uses its own DNS server by default and acts as a DNS proxy by being an intermediate server between the client device and the upstream DNS server, which can be your configured private DNS server. It is possible to disable this proxy functionality.

The use of CloudConnexa DNS servers as proxies is important for the functioning of features such as:
Use of custom DNS Servers
Routing to Applications for Networks and Hosts
Content filtering feature of Cyber Shield
Addition of DNS Records
Use of DNS Zones
Application sharing using AppHub
To turn off CloudConnexa DNS proxy functionality, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings > DNS.
Expand the Advanced Configuration section by clicking on it.
Click Edit, which is located in the top right corner.
Toggle the DNS Proxy switch to OFF.
Click Confirm if you agree with the impact of this setting change, as displayed in the confirmation dialog box.
Click Update.
Check that the details shown in the confirmation dialog box are correct, and click Confirm.
An information panel will be displayed to notify you that the DNS server and DNS zone settings are no longer effective.
