Set notification for subscription limit exceeded

Abstract

The default state of the Subscription Limit Exceeded notification setting is ON. The Owner and all Administrators of the WPC will receive an email alert notifying them that the connections to their WPC are no longer being accepted because the number of subscribed connections has been exceeded.

The default state of the Subscription Limit Exceeded notification setting is ON. The WPC Owner and all Administrators will receive an email alert notifying them that connections to their WPC are no longer being accepted because the number of subscribed connections has been exceeded.

To turn this notification ON or OFF, follow the steps below:

  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

  3. Click Edit, which is located in the top right corner.

  4. Toggle the switch to turn the notification ON/OFF in the Subscription Limit Exceeded section.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Check that the details shown in the confirmation dialog box are correct, and click Confirm.
