The default state of the High Subscription Usage notification setting is OFF. When turned ON, the WPC Owner and all Administrators will receive an email alert notifying them that the number of connections to their WPC has exceeded the set threshold.
The threshold is configured as a percentage of the subscribed connections. For example, a threshold set at 80% for customers who subscribe to 100 connections will send an email alert when 80 or more connections are active during the previous day. This alert serves as an advance warning that the number of active connections might soon exceed the number of subscribed connections and may lead to connections being disconnected.
