Set notification for LDAP Server connectivity

Abstract

The default state of the LDAP Server Connectivity Warning notification setting is OFF. When turned ON, The Owner and all Administrators of the WPC will receive an email alert notifying them about failed authentication events due to communication issues between CloudConnexa and the LDAP server.

The default state of the LDAP Server Connectivity Warning notification setting is OFF. When turned ON, The Owner and all Administrators of the WPC will receive an email alert notifying them about failed authentication events due to communication issues between CloudConnexa and the LDAP server.

To turn this notification ON or OFF, follow the steps below:

This setting is configurable only when LDAP authentication is in use.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

  3. Click Edit, which is located in the top right corner.

  4. Toggle the switch to turn the notification ON/OFF in the LDAP Server Connectivity Warning section.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Check that the details shown in the confirmation dialog box are correct, and click Confirm.
