About User Authentication
CloudConnexa Users can be authenticated in one of three ways: built-in CloudConnexa username/password authentication, SAML SSO, and private LDAP. In addition, 2FA provided by CloudConnexa can be used with LDAP and username/password authentication.
CloudConnexa supports the following user authentication methods:
CloudConnexa Username & Password
SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)
Private LDAP
You can enable one or more authentication methods for your users. When multiple methods are enabled, users can choose from the available methods during authentication, depending on how your organization is configured.
CloudConnexa also provides built-in two-factor authentication (2FA) for supported authentication methods to add an additional layer of security.
From the User Authentication settings, you can:
Configure Multiple Authentication Methods (MAM).
Configure SAML Single Sign-On authentication.
Configure private LDAP authentication.
Configure two-factor authentication (2FA).
Configure password management policies.
