Transfer ownership of CloudConnexa WPC⁠

A CloudConnexa WPC owner can make someone else the owner by changing the email associated with the account. All WPCs related to that account will transfer over.

Let's say you created the CloudConnexa account using your company email, but now you want to transfer ownership to the company's IT department using helpdesk@company.com. You change the email associated with your account to helpdesk@company.com by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your WPC's Administration portal by entering your Cloud ID in a web browser (for example, company_name.openvpn.com).

2. Select your profile drop-down on the side navigation.

3. Select My Account from the displayed options.

4. Select Change Email.

5. Provide and confirm the new email.

6. Select Save.

   • The new email address will receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, the new email will own the account and all linked WPCs.
