Set notification for Connector status change

Abstract

The default state of the Connector Status notification setting is OFF. When turned ON, The Owner and all Administrators of the WPC will receive an email alert notifying them that the status of one of the Connectors has changed from online to offline and vice-versa.

The default state of the Connector Status notification setting is OFF. When turned ON, The Owner and all WPC administrators will receive an email alert notifying them that the status of one of the Connectors has changed from online to offline and vice versa.

This alert may indicate a critical service failure if a Connector is the only instance for the Network or Host. An alert is sent once every hour that Connector WPC sessions are being disconnected.

To turn this notification ON or OFF, follow the steps below:

  2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

  3. Click Edit, which is located in the top right corner.

  4. Toggle the switch to turn the notification ON/OFF in the Connector Status section.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Check that the details shown in the confirmation dialog box are correct, and click Confirm.
