Set the Default Max Devices Per User
The default “max devices per user” parameter value applies to newly created User Groups. It limits the maximum number of Devices per user account. This value can be overwritten during User Group configuration.
The Default Max Devices Per User setting limits how many devices each user can use to connect to the WPC.
This default value applies to newly created User Groups. Administrators can override this value for individual User Groups to allow users in a specific group to connect from more or fewer devices.
The default value is three devices per user.
If you want to change the default value, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings > Users.
Click Edit, which is located in the top corner.
In the Default Max Devices Per User section, enter the maximum number of devices allowed per user.
Note
Newly created User Groups will see the updated Default Max Devices Per User value. You can also choose to apply the new limit to existing User Groups.
Click Update.
Review the details in the confirmation dialog box.
Click Confirm.
