Set the Default Max Devices Per User⁠

The Default Max Devices Per User setting limits how many devices each user can use to connect to the WPC.

This default value applies to newly created User Groups. Administrators can override this value for individual User Groups to allow users in a specific group to connect from more or fewer devices.

The default value is three devices per user.

If you want to change the default value, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your WPC's Administration portal by entering your Cloud ID in a web browser (for example, company_name.openvpn.com).

2. Navigate to Settings > Users.

3. Click Edit, which is located in the top corner.

4. In the Default Max Devices Per User section, enter the maximum number of devices allowed per user.

5. Click Update.

6. Review the details in the confirmation dialog box.

7. Click Confirm.
