Download Connection Profile as a .ovpn file for a User's Device
If you want to distribute the connection profile to your users via email or push it to their devices using device management software instead of allowing them to download it automatically, follow the steps below to download the device's connection profile as a .ovpn file.

To download connection profiles, The Profile Distribution mode should be set to Manual Set the profile distribution mode for Users
The Devices belonging to a User can be seen, and the profile downloaded from the User's detail view, as shown here: View details and devices for a User. You can also use the Devices list view to download the connection profile, as shown below:
Navigate to Users > Devices.
Click
and enter the Username or Device name to find the devices for the User.Click
on the row of the desired Device.Select a Region from the displayed list.
Click Download
The device's connection profile for the selected Region will be downloaded as a .ovpn file and saved on your device.
