Enable or Disable DNS Log

Abstract

Steps to enable or disable the DNS log are provided here.

The DNS Log functionality needs to be enabled for your WPC.

Enable the DNS Log

To enable the DNS log for your WPC, follow the steps below:

Login to your WPC's Administration portal by entering your WPC's Cloud ID in the address bar of your web browser. For example, [company_name].openvpn.com.
Navigate to API & Logs > DNS Log.
On the first visit, you will see information about the DNS log and an Enable button. If the DNS Log was previously in use and is currently disabled, you will see an Enable DNS Log toggle switch that is toggled OFF.
On your first visit, click Enable. Otherwise, toggle the Enable DNS Log switch to ON.

To disable the DNS log for your WPC, follow the steps below

Login to your WPC's Administration portal by entering your WPC's Cloud ID in the address bar of your web browser. For example, [company_name].openvpn.com.
Navigate to API & Logs > DNS Log.
If the log was previously enabled, you will see an Enable DNS Log toggle switch that is toggled ON.
Toggle the Enable DNS Log switch to OFF.
