About Audit Log
Audit logs maintain records of modifications to CloudConnexa configurations. Changes made by Administrators and by API are logged to provide a trail of activities that can be reviewed later if needed. Recording all Administrator and API actions enables security teams to identify unauthorized changes or potentially malicious activities promptly. The Audit Log also captures changes made by Users, such as adding devices, downloading profiles, or changing device names done using the User Portal.

Many industries and organizations are required by regulations (such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) to maintain audit trails of system activities. Audit logs help demonstrate compliance with these standards during audits. They promote accountability, discourage misuse of administrative privileges, and encourage responsible behavior.
