Clear devices for which 2FA is being skipped for a User
If the 2FA settings allow for trusted devices, you can clear a User's trusted devices when you need to reset their 2FA method or if one of the trusted devices is compromised.
If the 2FA settings allow for trusted devices, you can clear a User's trusted devices when you need to reset their 2FA method or if one of the trusted devices is compromised.
Note
2FA and Allow Trusted Devices should be enabled (unavailable when SAML is being used for authentication), and the User's Account Status should be Active. Refer to Set two-factor authentication (2FA) for Users.
To clear a User's trusted 2FA devices (i.e., devices for which 2FA check is skipped during logins), follow the steps below:
Navigate to Users > Users.
Click on the icon on the row for the User whose trusted devices you want to clear.
Select Clear Trusted Devices for 2FA from the drop-down menu.
Click Confirm in the dialog box.
