Change a User's User Group
Abstract
A User inherits the User Group settings and access policies from the User Group that the user belongs to. Follow the steps shown to change a User's User Group.
A User inherits the User Group settings and access policies from the User Group that the user belongs to. To change a User's User Group, follow the steps below:
Follow the steps shown to Edit a User's Account Details. For the Group field, select a value from the drop-down list.
Note
If LDAP or SAML group mapping is used, the User Group will automatically change on the next authentication. Instead of changing the user's details here, change them in the Identity Provider or LDAP directory.
