What do I do if the invitee has not accepted my application sharing invitation?

You have two options: a) ask CloudConnexa to send the invitation again as a reminder by clicking on the Send Reminder button that appears in the Client Details section, or b) Send a personal email to the invitee and include in it the link to accept the shared application. You can get the link by clicking the Copy Invitation Link button in the Client Details section.

5.

I have got an application invitation from an App Provider that I do not know. What should I do?

Do not accept or decline the invitation. Suppose you are one of many Administrators for your WPC. In that case, it may be that another Administrator may know of the reason for the App Provider to share the application and will take appropriate action. Suppose you are an Administrator of one of multiple WPCs associated with the same account. In that case, the invitation may be expected for one of the other WPCs and was sent with the Owner's email address.

6.

Why do I see the same shared application waiting for approval in all my WPCs?

The App Provider sent the Invitation using the multi-WPC Owner's or Admin's email address instead of using a specific Cloud ID. Therefore, the shared application shows up in all the WPCs for that account in the Awaiting Approval section. Accept the invitation by logging into the WPC that needs access to it.
