List, Search, Edit, and Delete Network Applications
Manage CloudConnexa Network Applications from Networks → Applications — view, search, sort, edit name, domain, Embedded IP, and Exact Match settings, delete applications, and add new ones from the same list view.
All Network Applications and their key details are available in one place. From here, you can:
View configured Applications.
Search and filter results.
Edit Application settings.
Delete Applications.
Add new Applications.
View a list of configured Applications
To view a list of configured Applications, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Networks → Applications.
The table displays all configured Applications.
Search the list of configured Applications
To search for a specific Application, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Networks → Applications.
Select the
search icon.Enter a search term.
The table updates dynamically to show matching results. If no matches are found, a No results match your criteria message appears.
Select X in the search field to clear the search.
Edit Application details from the list
To quickly edit particulars for an Application, such as the Name, Description, Application Type, Domain, Embedded IP setting, and Network, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Networks → Applications.
Select the edit
icon for the Application.Update the fields necessary:
Name
Description
Network
Tip
You can move an Application to a different Network without deleting and recreating it. The Application keeps its identity and settings.
Application Type
Domain
Allow Embedded IP
Exact Match
Select Update Application.
Note
If the Application is shared through AppHub, the Network field is disabled. Unshare the Application first, then move it.
Move an Application to a different Network
When you edit an Application, you have the option to move it to a different Network without deleting and recreating it:
Select the Network drop-down.
Select the target Network from the list.
Review the impact warning that appears before you save:
Active connections to the Application briefly reset and then re-establish.
Access Groups that grant access through the original Network lose access to the Application, and Access Groups that grant access through the target Network gain access.
Select Update Application.
Every move is recorded in the Audit Log.
Delete a Network Application
To delete an Application, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Networks → Applications.
Select the delete
icon for the Application.Select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Add another Application
To add another Application, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Networks → Applications.
Select Add Application.
Follow the steps in Add an Application to a Network.
Sort the list of Network Applications
To sort the list of displayed Applications according to the Name or the Network, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Networks → Applications.
Hover over the Name or Network column.
You will see an ascending or descending arrow appear.
Select the sort arrow to toggle ascending or descending order.
The table rows are sorted in descending or ascending order based on the data in the sort column. The sort arrow stays visible in the heading.
View Network details and make changes for a specific Network
Select the hyperlinked name of the Network shown in the Network column to see the Network's details. Refer to View, make changes, and delete a Network.
