List, search, edit, and delete Network Routes

Abstract

All Network Routes and their key details are listed in one place. You can search, make quick edits, view details, delete, and add new Routes from here.

Note

The Routes section will be shown only if Route Configuration is enabled. See Enable configuring routes for networks.

View a list of configured Routes

To view a list of configured Routes, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Networks > IP Services.

    You will see a table listing all configured Routes arranged in the Routes section.

Search the list of configured Routes

The Routes section will be shown only if Route Configuration is enabled. See Enable configuring routes for networks.

To search for a specific Route , follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Networks > IP Services.

    You will see a table listing all configured Routes arranged in the Routes section.

  2. Click the search_icon.png search icon for the Route table.

    It will expand to accept your search keyword.

  3. Enter your search keyword.

    The table will dynamically change to show matching rows. You will see a No results match your criteria message if there are no matches.

  4. Click the X inside the search box to reset the search term and view all the table entries.

Edit Route details from the list

Note

The Routes section will be shown only if Route Configuration is enabled. See Enable configuring routes for networks.

To quickly edit particulars for a Route, such as the IP Address Subnet and Description, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Networks > IP Services.

    You will see a table listing all configured Routes arranged in the Routes section.

  2. Click the pencil pencil_icon.png icon to edit the details of the desired Route

  3. Edit the IP Address Subnet and Description as required.

    Note

    The Network for which the Route is configured cannot be edited.

  4. Click Update Route.

Delete a Route

Note

The Routes section will be shown only if Route Configuration is enabled. See Enable configuring routes for networks.

To delete a Route or IP Service, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Networks > IP Services.

    You will see a table listing all configured Routes arranged in the Routes section.

  2. Click the trash can trash_icon.png icon of the desired Route.

  3. Click Delete in the confirmation dialog box.

Add another Route

Note

The Routes section will be shown only if Route Configuration is enabled. See Enable configuring routes for networks.

To add another Route, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Networks > IP Services.

    You will see a table listing all configured Routes arranged in the Routes section.

  2. Click Add Route. For further steps, refer to Add a Route to a Network.

Sort the list of Network Routes

Note

The Routes section will be shown only if Route Configuration is enabled. See Enable configuring routes for networks.

To sort the list of displayed Routes according to the IP Address Subnet or the Network, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Networks > IP Services.

    You will see a table listing all configured Routes arranged in the Routes section.

  2. Hover over the IP Address Subnet or Network column heading.

    You will see an ascending or descending arrow appear.

  3. Click on the arrow next to the column heading till the desired sort order is achieved.

    The table rows are sorted in descending or ascending order based on the data in the sort column. The sort arrow stays visible in the heading.

View Network details and make changes for a specific Network

Click on the hyperlinked name of the Network shown in the Network column to see the Network's details. Please refer to View, make changes, and delete a Network.
