All Network Connectors and their key details are listed in one place. From here, you can search, make quick edits, view details, delete, and add new Connectors.

The list displays each Network Connector's Connection Status, Name, Region, Tunnel IP Address, Network, Tunneling Protocol, and Description.

    Note

The Network for which the Connector is configured cannot be edited.

If you change the Region for an IPsec Connector, you will see the warning below informing you that the tunnel must be reconfigured. Refer to Reconfigure the IPsec tunnel after changing the Region

    Caution

“Warning! CloudConnexa Public IP Address will be changed. Connector will be Offline until you reconfigure your side of the tunnel.”

  4. Click Update Connector.

Reconfigure the IPsec tunnel after changing the Region

When you change the CloudConnexa Region to which your IPsec tunnel is connected, your tunnel connection will go offline because the CloudConnexa Public IP address will change.

You need to reconfigure the tunnel with the IPsec public IP address of the new CloudConnexa Region in order to make it work again.

The new Region's IP address will be visible in “CloudConnexa Public IP Address“ card on the Connector's detail view after the Region has been changed. Refer to View a configured IPsec Connector's details

You need to edit the IP Address of tunnel destination and remote id to match the changed CloudConnexa IP address. For AWS, there are no changes needed if your Customer Gateway does not contain a particular IP address and certificate-based authentication is used. If pre-shared key authentication is in use, create a new Customer Gateway and attach it to your site-to-site VPN connection. Refer to Tutorial: Connect AWS to CloudConnexa with IPsec using VPG.
