Create and Manage Additional WPCs Using the Same Account
Create and manage multiple independent CloudConnexa WPCs from a single OpenVPN account — add new WPCs for separate departments, use cases, or managed service provider customer environments.
Overview
Use your CloudConnexa account to create and manage multiple independent Wide-area Private Clouds (WPCs). Each WPC has its own Cloud ID and configuration, allowing you to manage separate environments for departments, customers, or different use cases.
For example, a managed service provider (MSP) can use one account to manage separate WPCs for different customers.
You can create an additional WPC by purchasing or adding a subscription from My Subscriptions, or by selecting Add Cloud ID from the Cloud ID menu in the Administration portal.
Important
You can't change a Cloud ID after the WPC is created. Verify the Cloud ID before creating your WPC.

To manage the various WPCs from the same account, use the Switch Cloud ID menu and select the Cloud ID of the WPC you want to manage from the list. The portal will switch and show the management interface for the selected WPC.
Create a WPC from My Subscriptions
Use this method to add a subscription to your account and create a WPC associated with that subscription.
Select the account menu, identified by your email address.
Select My Subscriptions.
Select Buy New Subscription.
Specify how many users and connectors you'll need.
Select the appropriate plan.
Complete the subscription process.
A confirmation indicates that the subscription has been added to your account.
On the subscriptions page, locate the new subscription.
Note
If your account already has a subscription, the new subscription may appear after your existing subscription(s).
For the new subscription, select Add New Wide-area Private Cloud.
On the Enter a Cloud ID for your Wide-area Private Cloud page, enter the Cloud ID you want to use.
Select Add Cloud ID.
A confirmation indicates that the WPC has been added to your account.
You can now configure the WPC from its subscription details or select its Cloud ID from the navigation menu to switch to the new WPC.
Switch between WPCs
Use the Cloud ID menu to switch between the WPCs associated with your account.
Select the current Cloud ID in the navigation bar.
Select the Cloud ID of the WPC you want to manage.
The Administration portal switches to the selected WPC and displays its configuration.
