Create and manage additional WPCs using the same account

Abstract

CloudConnexa can be configured to support multiple independent WPCs from the same account. For example, you can create separate WPCs for different departments and use cases. All these WPCs can be managed seamlessly by switching the Cloud ID displayed in the Administration Portal.

You can create additional WPCs:

  • From the Account menu

  • From the Switch Cloud ID menu

    Caution

    A Cloud ID cannot be changed once created.

To manage the various WPCs from the same account, use the Switch Cloud ID menu and select the Cloud ID of the WPC you want to manage from the list. The portal will switch and show the management interface for the selected WPC.

Add a new WPC from the Account Menu

  1. Click on the Account menu

  2. Click My Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Buy New Subscription.

  4. Select the number of connections you need for your new WPC, click Purchase For [$] or for the Free Plan, and click Continue.

  5. Click Add New Wide-Area Private Cloud in the newly created Subscription.

  6. Enter a Cloud ID for your Wide-area Private Cloud. Once your WPC is created, the Cloud ID cannot be changed.

  7. Click Add Cloud ID.

Add a new WPC from the Switch Cloud ID Menu

  1. Click on the Switch Cloud ID menu

  2. Click Add Cloud ID from the drop-down menu.

  3. Enter a Cloud ID for your Wide-area Private Cloud. Once your WPC is created, the Cloud ID cannot be changed.

  4. Click Add Cloud ID.
