Manage your subscription

Abstract

Every WPC is associated with a subscription, which is automatically created as soon as you provide a Cloud ID to create a WPC. The Owner of the WPC is the only person who can manage the subscription.

Every WPC is associated with a subscription, which is automatically created as soon as you provide a Cloud ID to create a WPC. The Owner of the WPC is the only person who can manage the subscription.

A subscription has the following key attributes other than the associated WPC:

  • The pricing plan in use. This is the Free plan to start with.

  • The number of connections.

  • The billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

The subscription can be edited to change the number of connections and type of billing cycle at any time.

Three places in the Administration Portal allow you to modify the subscription associated with your WPC. They are:

  1. From the Capacity widget of the Status screen. Use the Add More + hyperlink found under the number of connections.

  2. Use the Upgrade Your Plan button in the navigation sidebar when you are on the free plan.

  3. Choose Edit Subscriptions from the choices provided when you expand the bottom item on the navigation sidebar representing the logged-in person's account.

Subscription notification settings

Email alerts are sent to the WPC's Owner and Administrators based on configured settings. Refer to About Notification Settings.
