Question: I bought a license key for my customer, but they didn't pay me. Can I get a refund?

Answer:

We regret to inform you that we can't offer refunds or assist in recovering assets due to personal or civil disputes. As an OpenVPN Channel Partner, you must secure customer payment before purchasing license keys with your funds.

However, you can apply for a refund if your purchased license key is still unactivated. Once a license key has been activated, it is considered used and not eligible for a refund.
