The license replacement program applies to the fixed license model, which is a single activation key that unlocks VPN connections on Access Server and is tied to specific software/hardware machine facts. If you need to change hardware or reinstall your Access Server and you're using the fixed license model, you will need a new activation key.
To request a replacement, contact OpenVPN Support and explain that you need your fixed license activation key reissued.
