Yes, you can submit support tickets even if you're not the primary holder of a license key. If you work for a company with Access Server licenses, our support team will assist you through our support ticket system. However, if the license key is not linked to your account, it's helpful if you can provide the following information:

  1. Order ID for the license key, or

  2. The license key itself.

  3. The License holder name or email address.

This information helps us verify your authorization to make changes to the account and ensures the privacy of our valued customers.

Question: What if I don’t have an Access Server license key, or I don’t work for an organization with one?

Answer:

If you don't have an Access Server license key and aren't associated with an organization that does, you can still contact us. We aim to assist prospective customers in configuring our software during their trial period. However, we may direct you to the open-source forums if you're not using Access Server or CloudConnexa.
