Activation
The Activation page provides details about your current Access Server license and connection usage. From here, you can manage your license key, view subscription status, and access the portal to adjust or purchase a subscription.
🔐 License
This section displays key information about your installed license:
License Type: Indicates the type of license in use, such as Subscription license, Fixed license, or AWS license.
Subscription ID: The unique identifier for your subscription.
Current activation status: Shows whether the license is active, when it expires, and any relevant messages (e.g., over-limit warnings).
Name: The name associated with the license.
Agent ID: A unique identifier linking the license to its purchaser.
Max VPN Connections allowed on the whole subscription: Displays the total number of available connections.
Total number of connections: This option displays for an unlicensed server, which allows two connections.
🔌 Connections
This section displays how many connections are currently in use, how many are available, and the total connection limit set by your license.
Tip
If your connections frequently reach the upper limit, consider upgrading your subscription to prevent disruptions for new users.
🔗 Manage Subscription
Click Manage Subscription to open the Access Server Portal, where you can:
Increase or decrease your current connection limit.
Purchase a new subscription.
Upgrade from a free license to a paid subscription.
Note
Access Server includes a free license for up to two simultaneous VPN connections. A subscription is required to increase that limit.

Click the More button to access advanced license management options:
Replace subscription license key: Use this option if you need to enter a new subscription key.
Remove installed subscription license key: Clears the current key and reverts to the free license model (two connections).
