AWS License
If you're using an EC2 instance with an AWS license and your license has stopped working, it may be due to a security group blocking access to the licensing systems. Refer to our troubleshooting guide:
Subscription or fixed license
If you purchased a subscription or fixed license from our website and it suddenly stopped functioning, it could be due to one of two reasons:
Expired License: The license may have expired. Check the expiration.
Hardware/Software Changes: Significant changes to your hardware or software configuration might have caused the licensing system to recognize your system as different. This can invalidate a fixed license.
