Can I Use One Subscription On Multiple Servers?

Sharing Across Multiple Servers: The software subscription license model allows you to simultaneously activate and use the same subscription on multiple Access Servers. The Access Servers will share the subscription, so you only need one subscription for all the servers you want to license under that subscription.

Connection Limits: Each Access Server can allow VPN connections up to the full number permitted by the subscription. However, the total number of connected VPN clients across all Access Servers using the same subscription cannot exceed the allowed number. If the total exceeds the limit, the subscription system will adjust to bring the connections back within the permitted range.

Single-Server Activation: If you use a fixed license, once activated on a single Access Server, it can't be activated on any other servers. Fixed license keys are not shareable across multiple servers. You must purchase a separate fixed license for each Access Server you wish to license.

Viewing and Managing Servers: You can view the details of each Access Server activated with your subscription on the Access Server Portal. Navigate to the subscription name, then click Access Server Information to see the list of servers and hostnames. If needed, you can update the hostname that appears there.
