Why Didn't My Credit Card Go Through?

Question: My credit card was not accepted; how can I make a purchase now?

Answer:

Our credit card payment processor includes automated security features to filter out suspicious transactions. These measures are essential due to the potential risk of stolen or leaked credit card information. However, in rare cases, these systems may mistakenly block legitimate payments.

Common factors that might trigger this include using a credit card from one country while in another or if the system detects that you're using a proxy server. Unfortunately, we have limited control over this automated anti-fraud system, which the credit card processing company manages.

If your payment is blocked, consider using PayPal as an alternative. PayPal allows you to link your credit card or, in many countries, your bank account to your PayPal account. Once verified, you can use PayPal for your purchase, and the transaction will be processed immediately, just like a direct credit card payment.

If you prefer not to make an online payment, you can submit an offline purchase order through our sales department. Please note that this option is available for orders of 100 device connections or more, and the license keys will be provided after payment is completed.
