We offer refunds on any purchased license key that has not been activated and is still valid. To do so, please contact us through our support ticket system.

Answer:
We offer refunds for any purchased license key that has not been activated on a server and is still valid (i.e., not expired). To request a refund, contact us through our support ticket system and provide the following information:
The unused license key.
The primary holder's email address and contact name.
The order number associated with the license key.
Upon validating your information, we will process the refund using the original payment method and revoke the license key in question.
Important
We don't issue refunds for used or activated license keys. We assume you are satisfied with the product before purchasing and applying the license key. Therefore, we highly recommend thoroughly testing the software in its fully functional demonstration mode, which allows two simultaneous OpenVPN tunnel connections without a license key, before purchasing. If you need more than two connections for testing, you can request a temporary trial key for additional connections.
