At OpenVPN, we understand that complying with internal accounting requirements is crucial for many organizations. Here’s how you can submit a Purchase Order (PO) for purchasing or renewing software licenses:

  1. Request a quote:

    • If you need a formal quote for the software licenses you intend to purchase or renew, email us at sales@openvpn.net.

  2. Submit your purchase order:

    • Once you have prepared your Purchase Order, please email a copy to sales@openvpn.net.

  3. Invoice and payment:

    • After receiving your Purchase Order, we will process it and send an invoice to your Accounts Payable department or the designated contact handling your payments.

    • Please ensure the invoice is paid according to the terms, which is typically net 30 days.

  4. License activation or renewal:

    • Your software license will be activated or renewed upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
