At OpenVPN, we understand that complying with internal accounting requirements is crucial for many organizations. Here’s how you can submit a Purchase Order (PO) for purchasing or renewing software licenses:
Request a quote:
If you need a formal quote for the software licenses you intend to purchase or renew, email us at sales@openvpn.net.
Submit your purchase order:
Once you have prepared your Purchase Order, please email a copy to sales@openvpn.net.
Invoice and payment:
After receiving your Purchase Order, we will process it and send an invoice to your Accounts Payable department or the designated contact handling your payments.
Please ensure the invoice is paid according to the terms, which is typically net 30 days.
License activation or renewal:
Your software license will be activated or renewed upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
