Connecting With Anthony Hook

CTO Anthony Hook uses Cloud Connexa at Dataweavers “to provide our customers with a lightweight, secure, globally-distributed connectivity solution to our Private Cloud environments in Microsoft Azure.” According to Hook, using Cloud Connexa has helped Dataweavers by “allowing us to bypass, or coexist with, traditional clunky client-owned VPNs and networks.”

Prior to using Cloud Connexa, Dataweavers used OpenVPN’s self-hosted solution, Access Server, to meet their needs. 

Hook describes the Cloud Connexa onboarding process as “quick and simple,” and he expressed his appreciation for the fast customer service he’s received from OpenVPN.

Some of Hook’s favorite Cloud Connexa features include “the user provisioning, password reset, and the intro email with client download instructions.” Hook says that adopting Cloud Connexa has undoubtedly made his life easier because “it eliminates the need to manage hundreds of custom connections for different customers to our network.” Plus, he says, “it’s very cost competitive.”

We asked Hook whether he would recommend Cloud Connexa to another company, and his response was a ringing endorsement: “Yes, I already do.”
