Case Study: PMG
Any Place, Any Device, Any Time
PMG is a global, independent company that provides omnichannel strategy, media, insights, and creative content production for some of the world’s most iconic brands. They are the team that helped the world’s top headphone brand reach 1.2 billion people globally through proprietary data and technology that created significant differentiation and competitive advantage. The company has been around for more than a decade with a customer portfolio that spans the globe — and their innovation inspires product features developed by the likes of Google and Facebook.
The Challenge
PMG employees often travel to meet customers. They need a secure solution to quickly access the company’s network remotely. The company tried to integrate Microsoft’s VPN, but that solution was not accessible on employee smartphones or Apple platforms — which made it extremely difficult for remote employees to get their jobs done quickly and effectively.
The Vice President of Product explained:
“A good VPN is important because we're often traveling to customer sites and need remote access back to the office. Working from home, even working from vacation sometimes, we're just always connecting from different places and need a safe, secure, and fast connection.”
