Report a security vulnerability

To disclose a vulnerability or security issue in the OpenVPN software project, submit a report to our team: security@openvpn.net.

To encrypt your submission with our GPG key, download it here: security mailing list key.

Include the following information:

  • Project or product affected and version or URL for a cloud service.
  • The type of issue.
  • The potential impact of the vulnerability.
  • How to reproduce the issue.
  • Any additional information.
