David Caplan, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Objectivity, Inc.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, oversees the long-term direction of the company. He joined Objectivity in 1992 as President, CEO and Chairman. Before joining Objectivity, David served as an independent management consultant and interim CEO for startup companies including Legato Systems, Resonex and Photon Dynamics. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Tolerant Systems, the predecessor company to Veritas Software Corporation. In addition, David was a General Partner of Adler and Company, a venture capital firm, from 1984 to 1986. David holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an EJD from the Concord Law School.

Dr. Inder Singh, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Lynuxworks, Inc.

Dr. Inder M. Singh is the Chairman of LynuxWorks and was CEO until 2006. He founded Excelan, an early leader in local area networks in 1982 and served as its chairman, CEO and president until 1985. Excelan later merged with Novell. Dr. Singh was a co-founder of Kalpana, which pioneered Ethernet switching technology, and was one of Cisco's early acquisitions. He holds Ph.D. and M.Phil. degrees in computer science from Yale University, and an MSEE from Polytechnic Institute of New York.

He was also the founder and CTO of PacketStream, Inc. where he secured more than $5 million in equity financing. Francis Dinha has a master of science in computer engineering from the University of Linkoping in Sweden.


James Yonan, Co-Founder & CTOJames Yonan, Co-Founder & CTO

James Yonan founded the OpenVPN project in 2002, and has since then established OpenVPN as an award-winning offering in the Open Source security space. Prior to founding the OpenVPN project, he played a key role at Northfield Trading LP as the architect of TSE, a platform for rigorously evaluating the statistical fitness of financial trading models. James Yonan was a lead developer at Mark Williams Company, an early pioneer in the effort to create C language and Unix tools for the original IBM PC. James Yonan studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Reed College in Portland, Oregon.
