Reassign a User to a different group

Follow these steps to reassign a User to a different group:

  1. Sign in to the CloudConnexa administration portal at https://cloud.openvpn.com.

  2. Navigate to Users.

  3. Click the edit icon (pencil) of the User to reassign.

  4. Click the Group drop-down menu.

  5. Select a Group.

  6. Click Update and Update again.
