Video: ‘Restricted Internet’ Allows Only Authorized Apps To Be Accessed, Blocks Everything Else

Abstract

This video shows you how to restrict access to only authorized applications for a User Group. By setting the Internet Access setting for a User Group to Restricted Internet, all the traffic generated by the Users belonging to that User Group is tunneled to CloudConnexa. CloudConnexa then drops the traffic to destinations not explicitly configured as routes to one of the connected networks, limiting the user only to using authorized applications. General access to the Internet is blocked, and only specific public domains or IP addresses configured as a route for a connected network are allowed.
