Administrator
An Administrator is a special type of User who has been granted rights to administer and configure all aspects of the WPC by the Owner of the CloudConnexa Service.
Welcome to the experience of administering CloudConnexa. The person who has signed up for the CloudConnexa service and set up a wide-area private cloud (WPC) has entrusted you with the responsibility of configuring and administering the WPC for them. In addition to connecting to the WPC, you can now administer it.
An Administrator is a special type of User who has been granted rights to administer and configure all aspects of the WPC by the Owner of the CloudConnexa Service.
You, as an Administrator, have the same privileges as the account Owner except those listed below:
Subscription management: Changing the number of subscribed connections.
Billing management: Changing the payment options and other billing details
Account management: Changing or deleting the Owner's account.
Now that you are an Administrator, you can access the Administration Portal. To get to the Administration Portal, you continue to sign in as you did when you were a User by going to the same URL as the user portal or the URL you used to download the connection profile: [company name].openvpn.com
Refer to the CloudConnexa documentation for the Owner role for all that you can do using the Administration Portal.
