You can adjust your email notifications for your Access Server subscription usage from the Access Server Portal. Follow this tutorial.

Overview

Welcome to this step-by-step tutorial on setting up email notifications for subscription connections. You can be notified when your connections exceed your subscription limit or reach a set capacity. This tutorial shows you how.

  • You must have an existing account on the Access Server Portal.

  • You need access to the account.

  • You need a subscription (free or purchased).

  1. Open your web browser and go to the following URL: OpenVPN Access Server Portal.

  2. Enter your login credentials to sign in.

  1. Click Activation Keys.

    • Your current subscriptions display.

  2. Click Server Information and Email Settings on the desired subscription.

    • Active connections display and the email notifications options.

  3. Click Email Notifications.

  4. Adjust your notification settings to your preferences:

    1. Edit the email you want to receive warnings.

    2. Select whether you are notified at 100% of the subscription limit or when you're near capacity at 70%, 80%, or 90%.

  5. Click Apply.
