Tutorial: Adjust Your Communication Preferences for Your Access Server Portal Account

Abstract

Change your communication preferences for receiving emails from OpenVPN using your Access Server Portal.

Overview

This tutorial shows how to adjust your email marketing preferences from the Access Server Portal.

  • You must have an existing account on the Access Server Portal.

  • You need access to the account.

  1. Open your web browser and go to the following URL: OpenVPN Access Server Portal.

  2. Enter your login credentials to sign in.

  1. Once signed in, locate your account name in the bottom corner.

  2. Click on your account name to open the account settings menu.

  3. Click My Account.

  1. Click Newsletters & Offers to switch to the communication tab.

  2. Under Communication Preferences, click the toggles to select your desired preferences.

  3. A message displays, "It may take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect".

    • You've updated your preferences. If you unselected all options, a message displays that yuo've unsubscribed from all marketing emails.

    Important

    You will still receive security advisories and critical product updates even if you unsubscribe from all marketing messages.
