  • You need access to the account.

Step 1: Sign in to the OpenVPN Access Server portal

  1. Open your web browser and go to the following URL: OpenVPN Access Server Portal.

  2. Enter your login credentials to sign in.

Step 2: Navigate to your account settings

  1. Once signed in, locate your account name in the bottom corner.

  2. Click on your account name to open the account settings menu.

  3. Click My Account.

Step 3: Update your password

  1. Click Security & Privacy to switch tabs.

  2. Under Change Password enter your old password.

  3. Enter your new password and reenter it in the confirmation field.

  4. Click Update.
