Adding Shortcuts on Android
You can control the VPN connection using shortcuts on Android devices. You can quickly connect to a specific profile by adding a shortcut on your phone for OpenVPN Connect:
Launch OpenVPN Connect.
Tap the edit icon for the profile you want to make a shortcut.
Tap Set Connect Shortcut.
Enter a shortcut name or keep the default suggestion and tap Create.
Add the app shortcut to your home screen.
You can quickly disconnect from the VPN by adding a shortcut on your phone for OpenVPN Connect:
Launch OpenVPN Connect.
Tap the menu icon at the top left.
Tap Settings.
Tap Set Disconnect Shortcut.
Add the app shortcut to your home screen.
