Changing a User's role to Administrator

A user needs to have administrative rights in order to configure the VPN, add users, and to carry out all other activities similar to that of the Owner except managing the subscription. In order to provide administrative rights to an active user, the Administrator needs to follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Edit (pencil) icon for the selected User. Note: The status of the selected user has to be Active (i.e. the user had successfully logged in previously to activate her account)
  2. Select the Admin value from the drop-down list for Role. If email field is empty, provide the email address. Email is needed for Admin role in order to receive important notifications.
  3. Click on the Save button
