Tutorial: How to Change the Password for Your New Administrative Account
Abstract
Follow this tutorial to change the randomly generated password for the new administrative account when you install Access Server.
Overview
When you install Access Server, the installation output prints a randomly generated password on the screen:
You can use this password to sign in to the Admin Web UI and then we recommend setting your own password.
An installed Access Server.
An openvpn local admin account with a generated password.
Sign in to the Admin Web UI.
Click User Management > User Permissions.
Click More Settings for the openvpn username.
Enter the new password in the Change Password field.
