How do I enter my tax ID or company information?
First login to OpenVPN website by clicking on Sign In and selecting Access Server.
After logging in successfully you will be on the Access Server Portal. From there, click on payment details in the sidebar and then the tab labeled “Billing Address”.
The following information from this tab will be displayed on the Invoice:
- Company name
- Address
- City
- State / Province
- Tax Info
- Phone number
- Company Website
The next time you download the invoice the information you enter will appear in the "Billed To" section of your future invoice.
