# User

## Welcome to CloudConnexa

[CloudConnexa](https://openvpn.net/cloud-vpn/) lets you securely access your organization's applications and online resources from your device, whether you're in the office, at home, or on the go.

To connect, you'll use the **[OpenVPN Connect](https://openvpn.net/client/)** app on your device. Follow the three steps below to get set up.

### How to get connected

Your administrator will provide you with your User Portal URL. For example, `your-organization.openvpn.com`.

1. Open your User Portal URL in a browser.
2. Sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator.
3. Follow the **Get Connected** instructions displayed on the page. These are tailored to your organization and walk you through downloading [OpenVPN Connect](https://openvpn.net/connect-docs/index.md), importing your connection profile, and connecting your device.

> **Tip**
>
> How you're prompted for credentials when connecting depends on your User Group's Connect Auth setting, which is configured by your administrator.

### User portal

Once signed in, you can also use the User Portal to manage connected devices, reset your password, and view connection details.
