# Interact With the Cyber Shield Top 10 Dashboard

## Overview

The **Top 10 Dashboard** on the Cyber Shield Overview shows the categories with the most Cyber Shield events for the selected **period**, **source**, and **mode**.

Each row shows:

- The category name.
- The event count.
- The category's share of the total events.

Use the Top 10 Dashboard to identify the categories generating the most activity, drill down to the users and devices associated with those events, or open the complete event data in Cyber Shield Metrics.

## Navigate to the Top 10 Dashboard

1. Sign in to your WPC's Administration Portal at your **Cloud ID** address (for example, `yourcompany.openvpn.com`).
2. Navigate to **Shield → Overview**.
3. Scroll to the **Top 10 Dashboard**.

The Top 10 Dashboard uses the active Cyber Shield Overview selections for the period, source, and mode.

## Interact with the Top 10 Dashboard

| **Action** | **What it does** |
| --- | --- |
| **Select a category** | Starts a drill-down and displays the top 10 users associated with events in that category. |
| **Select a user** | Continues the drill-down and displays that user's top devices for the selected category. |
| **Use the breadcrumbs** | Return to a previous drill-down level, such as from devices to users or from users to categories. |
| **Export All Events to CSV** | Downloads the complete event data for the current period, active filters, and current drill-down level as a CSV file. |

## Drill down from categories to users and devices

The drill-down lets you move from a high-level category into the users and devices generating those events.

The drill-down follows this hierarchy: **Category → Top 10 users → Top devices**.

For example:

1. Select a category in the **Top 10 Dashboard**.
   - The dashboard displays the **top 10 users** with events in that category.
2. Select a user.
   - The dashboard displays that user's **top devices** associated with those events.
3. Use the **breadcrumbs** to return to a previous drill-down level.

The selected category remains part of the active context when you select **Export All Events to CSV**.

## Export event data

Select **Export All Events to CSV** to download all events that match the current Top 10 Dashboard context.

The Export honors:

- The selected period.
- The active filters.
- The current drill-down level.

The CSV isn't limited to the 10 items displayed in the Top 10 Dashboard.
