# Video: How to Create a User Account on Access Server 3.0 and the User Experience

This video shows you how to create a user account in Access Server and what the end-user experience looks like when signing in and connecting for the first time.

| **Description** | Sign in to the Admin Web UI and add new users. Understand user group assignments. Configure various user settings for your local-authentication user. User settings include authentication methods (LDAP, SAML, RADIUS, etc.), MFA, IP addressing, DMZ, and VPN gateway options. Set user-level access rules. Admin can download the new user's connection profile. Admin can provide the user with a token URL. The user can sign in to the Client Web UI and download a pre-configured OpenVPN Connect app. User launches OpenVPN Connect and uses their connection profile to securely connect to Access Server. |
