Tutorial: How to Configure Global Access Control

Abstract

Configure access control for your VPN users on Access Server. This tutorial shows how to set it up at the global level.

Overview

This tutorial shows how to grant access to all VPN users for a specific resource based on the subnet.

  • An installed Access Server.

  • Users and/or groups configured.

  • The subnet for your resource.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Web UI.

  2. Click Configuration > VPN Settings.

  3. Under Routing, allow access by setting it to Yes, using NAT.

  4. For the private subnets, enter the subnet for your resource. For example, you could enter the subnet of a print server, 203.0.113.12/32.

    Tip

For a subnet, when you want the reference to represent that single IP address, you enter /32, per CIDR address formatting.
