Hi,

this has more to do with getting iptables to do UPnP than with OpenVPN; 
have you looked at
  http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Setup_UPnP_with_IPTables
on how to setup iptables to support UPnP? that would be the first step.

As long as your openvpn setup propagates multicast/broadcast traffic 
correctly to the openvpn servers then no changes are needed on the 
openvpn side.

I'd very interested to see a working configuration of this: this setup 
is definitely useful for other people as well.
